By accessing and using LAT ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered LinkedIn content automation platform operated by LAT ("us", "we", or "our").

LAT provides AI-powered content generation, scheduling, and analytics tools specifically designed for LinkedIn. Our service includes:

• AI-generated LinkedIn posts and content
• Image generation and visual content creation
• Content scheduling and automation
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Content history and template management

To use LAT, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your LinkedIn account complies with LinkedIn's terms of service

You agree not to use LAT to:

• Generate or distribute spam, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Violate LinkedIn's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI algorithms
• Use the service for illegal activities or to harm others
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
• We offer a 7-day free trial for new users
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Credits System

• Credits are used for AI content generation and image creation
• Unused credits may roll over to the next billing period (up to 2x monthly limit)
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
• Additional credits can be purchased as needed

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using LAT. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and improve our AI algorithms based on usage patterns (without storing personal content).

Our Technology

LAT's AI technology, algorithms, and platform remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

LAT integrates with LinkedIn through official APIs. You acknowledge that:

• You must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• LinkedIn may change their API terms, affecting our service functionality
• We are not responsible for LinkedIn's actions regarding your account
• You can revoke LinkedIn access permissions at any time

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service
• Update our AI algorithms to improve performance
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our service or other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
